Munich and Vienna malt dance together in a tango of death with Amarillo and Centennial hops, while in the background, Simcoe sits quietly, pulling all the strings. SHE'S NO BETTE MIDLER
Tasmanian Red Ale

We'd never directly compare any product of ours to the Divine Miss M, but we feel our big red caramel-malt driven new-world ale comes about as close as any beer could, or ever should, to being the liquid embodiment of Bette. Early addition of red malts combined with a small amount of dark malt gives a rich, malty backbone to contrast the strong addition of columbus hops early in the boil. Late hopping with local Ella hops adds a floral contrast to this big bodied red ale.

DEAD MAN'S REVENGE
Black IPA

Like the blackened face of an 18th century American chimney sweep, our Dead Man's Revenge Black IPA exhibits a deep hop driven character that only bucket loads of classic American hops can impart, subtle complexity from the last minute addition of roasted barley and most importantly, a daring willingness to enter dark, confined spaces in search of that never ending quest for flavour...serve slightly above fridge temperature.

LOVE COUNTRY
Tasmanian IPA

An IPA inspired by tropical afternoons spent lounging around the hotel pool while sipping away at a Pina Colada. Liberal use of Nelson Sauvin hops gives a big fruit salad character while the pale malt base is complemented by the late addition of coconut to the boil adding a creaminess and subtle coconut character. Lingering bitterness and a good alcohol level round out this most tropical of IPAs.

Tassie Tradie Beer
